BUS 507 Organizational Behavior
Presents the dynamics and challenges associated with managing an organization while considering the hu-man element. An overview of organizational behavior is offered followed by concepts dealing with individual behavior and processes, social and group processes, leadership and influence processes, and organizational structure and design.
