BUS 504 Leadership Theory/Practice
Presents the nature and importance of leadership within organizations. We will explore the traits, motives, and characteristics of leaders to include behaviors, attitudes and styles. Ethics and social responsibility from a leadership perspective will be discussed. Finally, the course will include developing teamwork, motivation and coaching techniques, and conflict resolution skills.
