Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974

Under this law, students in post-secondary education have the right to inspect and review their school records, as defined by law. Except for “Directory Information,” Blue Mountain Christian University will release information only with the student’s written consent and will use “Directory Information” in the best interest of students.

Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Blue Mountain Christian University does not discriminate on the basis of handicap in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. If students need special accommodations due to learning, physical, psychological, or other disabilities, they should direct their inquiries to Blue Mountain Christian University’s Office of the Provost located in the Lowrey Administration Building.
