NUR 431 Nursing Preceptorship

This clinical course provides students the opportunity to observe and engage leaders serving in management and leadership positions throughout healthcare systems. Students will have the opportunity to observe departmental meetings, understand the development of strategic initiatives that promotes patient safety and well-being and observe team development processes.
