NUR 400 Medical-Surgical Nursing II
This course provides an understanding of the nurse’s role in health and illness within evolving practice environments and across the lifespan. This course will address nursing care issues from a physiologic, pathophysiologic, and psychosocial context that involves the digestive, metabolic, endocrine, urinary, reproductive integumentary, sensory, neurologic body systems and acute community environments. Nursing students will apply the learned knowledge through critical thinking and clinical reasoning.
