NUR 454 Leadership/Management Clinical for the Practicing Nurse
This clinical course introduces the student to upper levels and responsibilities of nursing leadership and management. The student is provided the opportunity to engage with senior level representatives of nursing and healthcare in understanding the operations and administrative processes. These experiences will serve to provide a futuristic pathway for further professional development of the professional nurse.
