ENG 100 English Comp.I
Prepares students for academic writing. Heavy emphasis is placed on the writing process and rhetorical strategies, including attention to the intended purpose and audience of texts. Students review principles of grammar and usage as needed. They write both informally and formally as they develop, write, and revise personal experience, expository, and analytical essays. Students who have already received credit for EN 101 or EN 111 may not enroll in EN 100.
