BU 460 Strategic Management

The capstone course for the business administration major. Integrates all the functional areas of business learned in the core courses in order to make strategic management decisions related to a firm. Cases are analyzed that focus on small and large firms both in the public and private sectorand strategic decisions are made based on the individual case problems.
