Students must meet the Major Requirements for their selected areas in addition to the following coursework.

Select one 200-level or above literature course: EN 200 Introduction to Literature is recommended for students who take EN 100/EN 101 Intensive.

A student may bypass EN 100 with an ACT score of 27 in English. To complete core requirements in English, a student should take EN 101 and nine semester hours of work in English at the 200 level or above.
